  1. REMOVE WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT

  3. REMOVE COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 IDLER PULLEY SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and No. 2 idler pulley sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

  6. REMOVE WATER PUMP PULLEY

      Using SST, hold the water pump pulley.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and water pump pulley.

  7. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 15 bolts, engine water pump assembly, water pump pulley and water pump gasket.
