FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat)


    1. A01CD2DE01

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the front seat adjuster.

    2. A01CC1M

      Engage each clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat)


    1. A01CF1N

      Engage the 8 claws, clip and 4 guides.

    2. A01CBEF

      Install the front seat cushion shield assembly, No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover RH and No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover LH with the 7 screws.

    3. A01CEGT

      Engage the 2 hooks.

  3. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB (for Driver Seat)

      Install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  4. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB (for Driver Seat)

      Install the reclining power seat switch knob.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat)


    1. A01CFBA

      Place the front seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A01CAQF

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    3. Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.

      Note

      When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

    4. Temporarily install the front seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    5. Operate the slide and vertical power seat switch knob and move the seat to the rearmost position.

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

      Torque:
      39 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

    7. A01CBYK

      Engage the 2 claws and guide to close the cover.

    8. A01CB6N

      Engage the 2 claws and guide to close the cover.

    9. Operate the slide and vertical power seat switch knob and move the seat to the foremost position.

    10. A01CBJRE01

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

      Torque:
      39 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat)

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LEG COVER (for Driver Seat)

      Engage the 6 claws and guide to install the front seat leg cover.

    2. A01CEMJ

      Install the floor carpet.

  8. INSTALL NO. 3 FLOOR CARPET MOULDING (for Driver Seat)


    1. A01CGEM

      Engage the 2 clips and install the 2 No. 3 floor carpet mouldings.

  9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE (for Driver Seat)


    1. A01CFWN

      Engage the 3 guides, claw and 6 clips to install the door scuff plate assembly RH.

  10. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD (for Driver Seat)


    1. A01CFL6

      Engage the 2 guides, claw and clip to install the cowl side trim board RH.

    2. Install the clip(A).

  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Seat)


    1. A01CF4GE01

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the front seat adjuster.

      Engage each clamp.

    3. Connect each connector.

  12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD (for Front Passenger Seat)


    1. A01CCTQ

      Engage the 7 claws, clip and 2 guides.

    2. Install the front seat inner cushion shield and No. 2 reclining adjuster inside cover RH with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Seat)


    1. A01CCXM

      Place the front seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A01CCND

      Connect the 2 connectors.

      Engage the 2 claws and guide to close the cover.

    9. Operate the slide power seat switch knob and move the seat to the foremost position.

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

      Torque:
      39 N*m  { 398 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Seat)

  15. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LEG COVER (for Front Passenger Seat)

      Engage the 6 claws and guide to install the front seat leg cover LH.

    2. A01CEXK

      Install the floor carpet.

  16. INSTALL NO. 3 FLOOR CARPET MOULDING (for Front Passenger Seat)

      Engage the 2 clips and install the 2 No. 3 floor carpet mouldings.
