TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TELEPHONE BRACKET (w/ Telematics Transceiver for G-BOOK)


    1. Install the telephone bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.2 N*m  { 33 kgf*cm, 28 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 TELEPHONE BRACKET (w/ Telematics Transceiver for G-BOOK)


    1. Install the No. 1 telephone bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      3.2 N*m  { 33 kgf*cm, 28 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL MOBILEPHONE BATTERY (w/ Telematics Transceiver except G-BOOK)

  4. INSTALL TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER WITH BRACKET

      1. Connect each connector.

      2. Install the telematics transceiver with the 3 bolts.

        Tech Tips

        Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      2. Install the telematics transceiver with the 3 bolts.

  5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
