GRILLE SHUTTER REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed or replaced during the grille shutter removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION


    1. Change the grille shutter control mode to maintenance mode.

      Click here

      Note

      Make sure to change the grille shutter control mode to maintenance mode to prevent the grill shutter from opening or closing when the power switch is off.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR GUIDE PLATE

      Remove the clip.

      B004RMI Remove in this Direction

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the lower radiator air guide plate.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR SHUTTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. B004Y41

      Remove the 4 bolts.

      B004RMI Remove in this Direction

      Detach the guide and remove the radiator shutter sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
