The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during height control sensor removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE REAR WHEEL (for RH Side)

  4. REMOVE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt.

    3. Disengage the guide.

    4. B005LDQ

      Remove the bolt.

    5. Disengage the guide to disconnect the rear height control sensor sub-assembly RH.

    6. Remove the 2 nuts and rear height control sensor sub-assembly RH.

      Note

      If the rear height control sensor sub-assembly RH has been struck or dropped, replace it with a new one.
