The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during eco run vehicle converter assembly removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE ECO RUN VEHICLE CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

      *a Lock Lever

      Move the lock lever as shown in the illustration and disconnect the eco run vehicle converter assembly connector.

    2. B007YNH

      Remove the bolt, nut and eco run vehicle converter assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 CONVERTER CONTROL BRACKET


    1. B007ZAN

      Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 converter control bracket from the eco run vehicle converter assembly.
