CAUTION:
Do not remove the radiator cap sub-assembly or radiator drain cock plug while the engine and radiator assembly are still hot. Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.
PROCEDURE
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.
Disengage the engine wire clamp.
Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket from the No. 2 air tube.

Slide the 2 hose clamps and disconnect the No. 1 water by-pass hose and No. 2 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
Remove the 8 bolts, No. 2 air tube and throttle body with motor assembly from the intercooler assembly and intake manifold.
REMOVE THROTTLE BODY GASKET
Remove the throttle body gasket from the intake manifold.
Remove the throttle body gasket from the No. 2 air tube.
REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE GASKET
Remove the No. 2 air tube gasket from the intercooler assembly.
