REAR PACKAGE TRAY SPEAKER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for 24 Speakers)

   Note

   Do not touch the cone of the speaker assembly with bracket.

   
   

   1. Attach the clip to the body and temporarily install the speaker assembly with bracket.

      

      *A

      for LH Side

      *B

      for RH Side

   2. Install the speaker assembly with bracket with the bolt.

   3. Connect the connector.

      

      *A	for LH Side	*B	for LH Side
      	Bolt		Connector

2. INSTALL REAR WINDOW SHADE ASSEMBLY (for 24 Speakers)

3. INSTALL NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (for 24 Speakers)

4. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH (for 24 Speakers)

5. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH (for 24 Speakers)

6. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

   Note

   Do not touch the cone of the rear No. 3 speaker assembly.

   
   

   1. Install the rear No. 3 speaker assembly with the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:

      10.5 N*m  { 107 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector.

      

      *A	for 12 Speakers	*B	for 24 Speakers
      	Bolt		Connector

7. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for Fixed Seat Type:

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Click here

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

10. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK

11. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

12. INSPECT REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

13. INSPECT SEAT HEATER SYSTEM (w/ Seat Heater System)

14. INSPECT CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM (w/ Climate Control Seat System)
