DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT CUSHION(for Front) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for 8AR-FTS:

      
      

      1. w/ Canister Pump Module:

2. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for 8AR-FTS:

3. SUPPORT REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER ASSEMBLY

   Note

   
   

   • When removing the rear differential carrier assembly, do not damage the installation surface.

   • Hold the rear differential carrier assembly so that it does not tilt or fall.

   • Make sure to support the rear differential carrier assembly while removing each bolt.

   
   

   1. 

      Using a transmission jack, support the rear differential carrier assembly.

   2. 

      Loosen the 6 bolts securing the rear No. 1 differential support and rear No. 2 differential support.

4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 bolts, nut and rear No. 1 differential support from the rear differential carrier assembly.

5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 bolts, nut and rear No. 2 differential support from the rear differential carrier assembly.

6. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER MASS DAMPER (for 8AR-FTS)
