VACUUM WARNING SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL VACUUM WARNING SWITCH GROMMET


    1. Install a new vacuum warning switch grommet to the brake booster assembly.

  2. INSTALL VACUUM WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:


      1. B006GZ5C02
        *a 70 to 110°
        B006EC9 Up

        Install the vacuum warning switch assembly to the brake booster assembly so that the vacuum warning switch assembly is angled as shown in the illustration.

      2. Connect the connector to the vacuum warning switch assembly.

    2. for RHD:


      1. B006G4GC02
        *a 70 to 110°
        B006EC9 Up

        Install the vacuum warning switch assembly to the brake booster assembly so that the vacuum warning switch assembly is angled as shown in the illustration.

      2. Connect the connector to the vacuum warning switch assembly.

  3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL (for LHD)
