AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP AND HOSE

    Click here

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Sensor 1)

      Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

    2. Detach the wire harness clamp.

      Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold.

      Note

      Do not damage the air fuel ratio sensor.

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Canister Pump Module)

  7. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER CENTER LH (w/ Canister Pump Module)

    Click here

  8. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Sensor 2) (w/ Canister Pump Module)


    1. B008IVY

      Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

    2. B008J5MN01

      Detach the grommet from the floor panel.

    3. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    4. Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the center exhaust pipe assembly.

      Do not damage the air fuel ratio sensor.
