  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE ROCKER PANEL MOULDING LH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH (for TMMT Made)


    1. for LHD:


      1. Remove the 2 screws, 7 clips and front fender liner LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (for TMMT Made)


    1. for RHD:


      1. Remove the 2 screws, 6 clips and front fender liner RH.

  7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH (for TMC Made)

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

  10. REMOVE HOOD LOCK NUT CAP

  11. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Engine Hood Courtesy Switch)

      *a Hood Lock Bolt

      Remove the 2 bolts and hood lock bolt.

      Disengage the guide to remove the hood lock assembly from the hood lock control cable assembly.

  13. DISCONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  14. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE HOLDER

    1. Disengage the claw to remove the hood lock control cable holder as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the hood lock control lever sub-assembly from the hood lock control cable assembly.

  16. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly from the clamps.

      *a Grommet - -

    2. Disengage the grommet.

    3. Pull the hood lock control cable assembly from the engine compartment to remove it.

  17. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly from the clamps.

    2. Disengage the grommet.

    3. Pull the hood lock control cable assembly from the engine compartment to remove it.
