COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during cooling fan motor LH or cooling fan motor RH removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE

REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

REMOVE FAN LH
1. Remove the nut and fan LH.
REMOVE FAN RH
1. Remove the nut and fan RH.
REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR LH
1. Disconnect the cooling fan motor LH connector.
2. Disengage the clamp.
3. Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor LH.
REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR RH
1. Remove the 2 screws and cooling fan motor insulator.
2. Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector RH.
3. Disengage the 3 clamps.
4. Remove the 3 screws and cooling fan motor RH.
