DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives signals from the yaw rate sensor via the CAN communication system.

The yaw rate sensor assembly has a built-in acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.

C1442 With the IG1 terminal voltage between 9.5 and 17.4 V, an invalid data signal is transmitted continuously from the acceleration sensor for 10 seconds or more. Acceleration sensor (Yaw rate sensor assembly)

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

After replacing the yaw rate sensor assembly, perform calibration Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

    3. Start the engine and idle it for 60 seconds, and then stop the engine.

    4. Check if the same DTC is output Click here.
