TRUNK LID ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE CLOSER MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. B006FH3C03
      B006DHE Install in this Direction

      Insert the guide and temporarily install the luggage closer motor assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

      Note


      • While holding the luggage close motor assembly, install it.

      • Do not drop the luggage closer motor assembly.

      • Do not reuse a luggage closer motor assembly that has been subjected to an impact or dropped.

      B006AHR Bolt
      B006EC9 Nut
      B006FCW Connector

      Tighten the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration to install the luggage closer motor assembly.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    3. Install the rod with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    4. Connect the connector.

      Install the luggage compartment trim cover assembly LH with the 2 clips.

    2. Install a grommet.

      Push the lever in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and install the rope hook.

  3. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
