STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 AMPLIFIER BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 amplifier bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 AMPLIFIER BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 amplifier bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Install the stereo component amplifier assembly with bracket with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 4 connectors.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the rear seat sub floor panel assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 6 clamps to install the wire harness.

    3. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD REINFORCEMENT


    1. Install the No. 2 deck board reinforcement with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD REINFORCEMENT


    1. Install the No. 1 deck board reinforcement with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly RH with the 2 bolts and 5 clips.

  8. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SWITCH (w/ Air Suspension)


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 2 claws to install the absorber control switch to the deck trim side panel assembly RH.

  9. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL RH

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

  10. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for RH Side)

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

  13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  15. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE RH

  16. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and the 5 claws.

    3. Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 4 clips.

  17. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL LH


    1. A019JZQ

      Engage the 4 claws and install the reclining remote control bezel LH.

  18. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)


    1. A019MQ6

      Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  19. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for LH Side)


    1. A019M9N

      Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook as shown in the illustration.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER LH


    1. A019MJQ

      Engage the 2 claws and 3 clips.

    2. Install the rear seat side cover LH with the 2 clips.

  21. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A019NH1

      Engage the 3 clips, guide and 6 claws, and install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  23. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE LH

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw and 2 clips.

    3. Install the rear floor finish side plate LH with the clip.

  24. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

      Engage the 6 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the rear floor finish plate.

  25. INSTALL FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the front deck floor box with the clip.

  26. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box RH with the 3 clips.

  27. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH (for Compact Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box RH with the 2 clips.

  28. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box LH with the 3 clips.

  29. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH (for Compact Spare Tire)

      Install the deck side trim box LH with the 2 clips.

  30. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  31. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  32. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 3 rear floor board.

  33. INSTALL NO. 3 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Compact Spare Tire)

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 3 rear floor board.

  34. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Full Size Spare Tire)

      Engage the 2 guides and install the No. 4 rear floor board.

  35. INSTALL NO. 4 REAR FLOOR BOARD (for Compact Spare Tire)

  36. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY (for Compact Spare Tire)


    1. Install the spare wheel cover assembly.

  37. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for Compact Spare Tire:


      1. A019N72

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. for Full Size Spare Tire:


      1. A019JPE

        Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

    3. A019OYI

      Engage the 3 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

  38. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  39. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (w/ Air Suspension)
