DYNAMIC REAR STEERING ECU REMOVAL


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  3. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER TRAY ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE ECU BRACKET

      Remove the 4 bolts and ECU bracket.

  5. REMOVE REAR STEERING CONTROL ECU

      *2 Claw

      Disconnect the 2 connectors on the side closest to the rear steering link assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Pull up the lock, detach the claw and move the lever to disconnect the connector which uses a lock.

      Remove the 3 bolts.

      Disconnect the connector of the vehicle wire harness and remove the rear steering control ECU.

      Tech Tips

      Pull up the lock, detach the claw and move the lever to disconnect the connector which uses a lock.
