DESCRIPTION

If the driving support ECU determines that the lane recognition camera's axis has deviated, DTC C1A22 is stored. Also, if the camera sensor beam axis adjustment is not performed after installing the lane recognition camera, DTC C1A23 is stored.

      Tech Tips

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.


      1. Drive the vehicle at a 50 km/h (31 mph) or more, and operate lane-keeping assist system.

    2. Check for DTCs Click here.

      DTC C1A22 or C1A23 are not output.

      When replacing the driving support ECU, always replace it with a new one and be sure to perform initialization Click here. If an ECU which was installed to another vehicle is used, the information stored in the ECU will not match the information from the vehicle, and as a result, a DTC may be stored.
