PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO AND DISPLAY ASSEMBLY - REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the F48 connector from the radio and display assembly.

    2. Disconnect the P3 connector from the rear television camera assembly.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance (Check for Open)
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F48-7 (CA+) - P3-6 (CB+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F48-8 (V+) - P3-3 (CV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F48-15 (CGND) - P3-5 (CGND) Always Below 1 Ω
      F48-16 (V-) - P3-2 (CV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      Standard Resistance (Check for Short)
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
F48-7 (CA+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
F48-8 (V+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
F48-15 (CGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
F48-16 (V-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
