OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new oil pump with motor assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Note

      Do not move the oil pump with motor assembly sideways when it is in contact with the continuously variable transaxle assembly to prevent the O-ring from being damaged.

      Torque:

      22 N*m  { 224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the engine wire with the bolt.

      Torque:

      13 N*m  { 130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the connector.

2. ADD CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

3. BLEED OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

4. INSPECT FLUID LEAK

5. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
