  2. CHECK VEHICLE CONDITION


    1. Check the vehicle condition.

  3. READ VALUE USING GTS


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL Auto Leveling / Data List.

    5. Read the display on the GTS.

  5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY - REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the A63 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the S2 rear height control sensor sub-assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      A63-19 (SHRL) - S2-2 (SHRR) Always Below 1 Ω
      A63-19 (SHRL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    1. Disconnect the A63 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the L59 parking assist ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      A63-19 (SHRL) - L59-8 (HO1) Always Below 1 Ω
      A63-19 (SHRL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  9. CHECK PARKING ASSIST ECU
