PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY - AUXILIARY BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

      (to Combination Meter Assembly)

      Disconnect the combination meter assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      F1-39 (IG+) - Body ground Ignition switch ON (IG) 11 to 14 V
      F1-40 (B) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F1-21 (ET) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    4. Reconnect the combination meter assembly connector.
