HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (for Front Side) REMOVAL

Note

Before removal, make sure to disable vehicle height control by pressing the height control OFF switch and confirming that the height control OFF indication is displayed on the meter.

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. PRECAUTION (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

    Note

    After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

  2. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Remove the 3 clips and the rear deck floor box.

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  4. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  5. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01NE57

      Remove the nut and height control sensor link from the front lower suspension arm.

    2. A01NE12

      Disconnect the connector.

    3. A01NE5Y

      Remove the 2 nuts and front height control sensor sub-assembly.

      Note

      Do not drop the height control sensor. If the sensor is dropped, replace it with a new one.
