CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (for Rear Side) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Coat 6 new O-rings with MP grease No. 2.

    2. Install the new O-rings and 3 plates to the No. 2 height control valve sub-assembly.

    3. A01ND42

      Install the No. 2 height control valve sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
    4. A01NDZ0

      Connect the 3 height control tubes.

      Connect the connector.

  2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  3. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. A01NDSY

      Install the rear deck floor box with the 3 clips.

  4. INSPECT FOR AIR LEAK


    1. Inspect for air leaks Click here.

  5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION


    1. Perform initialization Click here.
