SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. PRECAUTION (w/ Air Suspension)

  2. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

      Remove the 3 clips and the rear deck floor box.

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  5. SEPARATE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut from the control shaft lever.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the control cable with clip from the control cable bracket.

    3. Remove the clip.

  6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR


    1. A01NHF6

      Disconnect the shift lever position sensor connector.

    2. A01NHCU

      Remove the nut, washer and control shaft lever.

      *1 Lock Plate

      Using a screwdriver, pry out the lock plate.

      *1 Lock Nut
      *2 Lock Plate

      Remove the lock nut and lock plate.

    5. A01NFD6

      Remove the 2 bolts and pull out the shift lever position sensor.
