HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER (for ALPHARD)

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and remove it.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER (for VELLFIRE)

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration, and remove it.

  4. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for ALPHARD)

      Separate the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

      Release the set spring and remove the discharge headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

  5. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for VELLFIRE)

      Separate the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01CE5XE01

      Release the set spring and remove the discharge headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.
