DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the radio receiver assembly via this circuit.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the H187 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the H188 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition

      H187-3 (US1+) - H188-3 (US1+) Always Below 1 Ω
      H187-5 (USG1) - H188-5 (USG1) Always Below 1 Ω
      H187-2 (US1-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H187-3 (US1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      H187-5 (USG1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
