BLOWER UNIT(for Rear) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 5 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. A01MH8NC01
      B006JFV Remove in this Direction (1)
      B006JHL Remove in this Direction (2)

      As shown in the illustration, remove the No. 5 heater to register duct.

  6. REMOVE COOLER BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and cooler blower assembly as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE HEATER BRACKET


    1. A01MFVO

      Remove the 3 bolts and heater bracket.

  8. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL
