  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

      *1 Front Door Lock Open Rod
      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 screws.

    3. Disconnect the front door lock open rod as shown in the illustration.

    4. Remove the front door with motor lock assembly.

      When reusing the front door with motor lock assembly:


      1. Remove the door lock wiring harness seal from the front door with motor lock assembly.

  16. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOCK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *a Protective Tape
      B006JFV Remove in this Direction

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claws as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01MIZW

      Disengage the guides to remove the front door lock cover sub-assembly from the front door with motor lock assembly.

  17. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOCK REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MIUF

      Disengage the guide to remove the front door lock remote control cable assembly from the front door with motor lock assembly.

  18. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE LOCKING CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01MJSM

      Disengage the guide to remove the front door inside locking cable assembly from the front door with motor lock assembly.
