DRIVING SUPPORT ECU(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. PRECAUTION

   Note

   After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

2. REMOVE LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

   Click here

5. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

   Tech Tips

   Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

   Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CENTER PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

10. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER UPPER FINISH PANEL

11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

13. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

14. REMOVE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       Disconnect the connecter.

    2. Remove the nut.

    3. Disengage the claw to remove the driving support ECU assembly.
