OIL LEVEL SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. SUPPORT AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY (When Using the Engine Support Bridge)


    1. A002858

      Set an engine lifter.

      Note

      Make sure that there is clearance between the automatic transaxle assembly and engine lifter.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR


    1. Install the engine oil level sensor to the oil pan sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install a new clip to the engine oil level sensor.

  3. INSTALL OIL STRAINER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL BELT (When Using the Engine Support Bridge)

  6. INSTALL FRONT FRAME ASSEMBLY (When Using the Engine Support Bridge)

    Click here

  7. ADD ENGINE OIL (When Using the Engine Support Bridge)

  8. INSPECT OIL LEAK (When Using the Engine Support Bridge)

  9. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY FROM ENGINE STAND (When Not Using the Engine Support Bridge)
