RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 3 guides.

   2. Engage the 3 claws to install the fan shroud assembly to the radiator assembly.

      Note

      Do not damage the radiator assembly when installing the fan shroud assembly.

   3. Install the 2 radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

   4. Install the 2 lower radiator supports to the vehicle body.

   5. Install the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly to the 2 lower radiator supports.

2. CONNECT OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose and slide the clip to secure it.

3. CONNECT INLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose and slide the clip to secure it.

   2. Engage the clamp to connect the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.

4. CONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE

5. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose and slide the clip to secure it.

6. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

7. INSTALL COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

   Click here

8. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

9. ADJUST AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

   Click here

10. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

    Click here

11. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
