FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

INSTALL POWER STEERING LINK ASSEMBLY
1. Install the power steering link assembly and 2 front suspension member brace plates with the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 washers.
  
  Torque:
  
  117.6 N*m { 1199 kgf*cm, 87 ft.*lbf }
  
  Tech Tips
  
  Install the power steering link assembly and 2 front suspension member brace plates together with the front lower suspension arm assembly LH and front lower suspension arm assembly RH.
INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the front lower suspension arm assembly LH with the bolt (A) and nut.
  
  Torque:
  
  86 N*m { 877 kgf*cm, 63 ft.*lbf }
2. Temporarily tighten the bolt (B), nut and washer.
  Note
  
  Insert the bolt (B) from the front of the vehicle.
  
  Do not tighten the bolt (B) to the specified torque. The bolt (B) will be fully tightened after the suspension is stabilized.
INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY RH

Tech Tips

Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.
INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR
1. Install the front stabilizer bar with the 2 nuts.
  
  Torque:
  
  84 N*m { 857 kgf*cm, 62 ft.*lbf }
  
  Note
  
  The identification mark must be on the right side of the vehicle when installing the front stabilizer bar.
  
  Tech Tips
  
  If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a 6 mm hexagon wrench to hold the stud bolt.

1. Install the engine under cover sub-assembly LH
