This DTC is stored when items controlled by the Air conditioning amplifier assembly cannot be customized via the navigation system vehicle customization screen.

    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for the air conditioning system.

      1. To match-up the items in the radio and display receiver assembly with the items on the GTS, check the customize parameters list for the air conditioning system related items that can be customized via the radio and display receiver assembly screen.

    3. Using the GTS, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the air conditioning system related customize parameters that are shown as customizable via the radio and display receiver assembly screen.
