REVOLUTION SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

  2. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT

  7. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  9. REMOVE BATTERY

  10. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY

  11. REMOVE FRONT BATTERY BRACKET

  12. REMOVE BATTERY BRACKET REINFORCEMENT

  13. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NT)

    1. Disconnect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor (NT).

    3. Remove the O-ring from the transmission revolution sensor (NT).

  14. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NIN)

    1. Disconnect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor (NIN).

    3. Remove the O-ring from the transmission revolution sensor (NIN).

  15. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NOUT)

    1. Disconnect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and transmission revolution sensor (NOUT).

    3. Remove the O-ring from the transmission revolution sensor (NOUT).

    4. Lower the vehicle.
