| U0129 | Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module |
| U0235 | Lost Communication with Cruise Control Front Distance Range Sensor |
| U1104 | Lost Communication with Driving Support ECU |
DESCRIPTION
The ECM and driving support ECU assembly communicate signals with each sensor and ECU via CAN communication.
If there are any malfunctions in the communication circuit, one or more CAN communication system DTCs are output.

Condition 1:
Condition 2: |
| U0122 | Lost Communication with Vehicle Dynamics Control Module | When the ignition switch is turned ON and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, a communication error between the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) and the ECM is detected for approximately 2.72 seconds or more. |
|
| U0125 | Lost Communication with Yaw Rate Sensor Module | While the vehicle speed is 36 km/h (22 mph) or more and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, a communication error between the yaw rate sensor and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 0.72 seconds or more. |
|
| U0126 | Lost Communication With Steering Angle Sensor Module | While the vehicle speed is 36 km/h (22 mph) or more and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, a communication error between the steering angle sensor and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 5.04 seconds or more. |
|
| U0129 | Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module | While the vehicle speed is 36 km/h (22 mph) or more and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, a communication error between the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 2 seconds or more. |
|
| U0235 | Lost Communication with Cruise Control Front Distance Range Sensor | While the vehicle speed is 36 km/h (22 mph) or more and the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, a communication error between the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 1.6 seconds or more. |

PROCEDURE
CHECK FOR DTCs
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Clear the DTCs.
for 2AD-FHV, 2AD-FTV:
for 2AR-FE, 3ZR-FE, 3ZR-FAE:
for 2WW:
Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
Tech Tips
If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the dynamic radar cruise control system on using the cruise control switch (ON/OFF).
Drive the vehicle at 5 km/h (3 mph) or more for 5 seconds or more.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise2 / Trouble Codes.
Check the DTCs.
