КОРПУС ДРОССЕЛЬНОЙ ЗАСЛОНКИ ДИЗЕЛЬНОГО ДВИГАТЕЛЯ СНЯТИЕ

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER


  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)


  3. REMOVE INTERCOOLER AIR HOSE


  4. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE

      *a Intake Air Temperature Sensor Connector

      Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Loosen the 2 hose clamps and remove the No. 2 air tube.

  5. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

      *a Generator Assembly Connector
      *b Diesel Throttle Body Assembly Connector

      Disconnect the generator assembly connector and diesel throttle body assembly connector.

    2. A01LXLB

      Remove the bolt.

    3. Disengage the clamp to separate the engine wire.

      *1 No. 3 Water By-pass Hose
      *2 No. 5 Water By-pass Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose from the diesel throttle body assembly.

    5. A01LW92

      Remove the 4 bolts, diesel throttle body assembly and venturi gasket from the intake air connector.

      Note

      If the diesel throttle body assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

  6. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY (w/o Glow Plug Controller)

      *a Generator Assembly Connector
      *b Diesel Throttle Body Assembly Connector

      Disconnect the generator assembly connector and diesel throttle body assembly connector.

    2. A01M0OW

      Remove the nut.

    3. Disengage the clamp and separate the engine wire.

    4. A01LVPN

      Remove the 4 bolts, diesel throttle body assembly, venturi gasket and wire harness bracket from the intake air connector.

      Note

      If the diesel throttle body assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
