REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Hatchback) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY (w/ Deck Board)

  2. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/ Deck Floor Box)

  4. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/ Deck Floor Box)

  5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH (w/ Deck Floor Box)

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

      *a Front Side of Rear Seat Cushion Frame Hook
      *b Rear Side of Rear Seat Cushion Frame Hook
      *c Rear Seatback Hinge Hook

      Lift up the front edge of the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration and disengage the 2 front side of the rear seat cushion frame hooks from the rear seat cushion lock hooks.

      Note

      Be sure to hold the part of the seat cushion directly next to the rear seat cushion lock hooks when lifting it up. Lifting a different part of the cushion may deform the rear seat cushion frame.

      Area Measurement
      A 100 mm (3.94 in.) or less

    2. Pass the 2 rear seat inner belts through the slit of the rear seat cushion assembly, disengage the rear side of the rear seat cushion frame hook from the rear seatback hinge hook, and remove the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Headrest)

  9. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01LYM2

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Loosen the bolt and separate the rear seat inner with center belt assembly RH and rear center seat outer belt assembly as a set from the anchor part of the floor panel.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Fold the rear seatback assembly RH forward.

      Remove the 2 clips.

    3. A01LV06

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback assembly RH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Fold the rear seatback assembly LH forward.

    2. A01LVU9

      Remove the 2 clips.

    3. A01LXGZ

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback assembly LH.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK


    1. A01LXZQ

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat cushion lock hook as shown in the illustration.

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
