VACUUM PUMP(for 1ND-TV) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

   w/o Glow Plug Controller: Click here

   w/ Glow Plug Controller: Click here

2. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the 2 clamps and separate the wire harness from the engine assembly.

   2. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the union to connector tube hose and vacuum hose from the vacuum pump assembly.

   3. 

      Remove the 2 bolts and vacuum pump assembly.

   4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the vacuum pump assembly.
