INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

2. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR HOSE

   
   

   • w/ Glow Plug Controller:

3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector from the No. 2 air tube assembly.

   2. 

      Using a 22 mm socket wrench, remove the intake air temperature sensor from the No. 2 air tube assembly.

      Note

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

   3. Remove the gasket from the intake air temperature sensor.
