ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OIL FILTER ELEMENT SERVICE HOLE COVER (for Full Cover Type)

  2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

    Click here

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER HOSE

    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the oil cooler hose.

  5. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

    *A w/o Glow Plug Controller
    *B w/ Glow Plug Controller

    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 plate washers and oil cooler assembly from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.

      Remove the 2 O-rings and gasket from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.
