WASHER MOTOR(for Front Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A002P84

      Install the windshield washer motor and pump to the packing of the washer jar.

  2. INSTALL WASHER JAR


    1. w/o Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. A002LSL

        Install the washer jar with the 4 screws.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      2. Connect the 2 connectors.

      3. Connect the 2 washer hoses to the washer motor and pump assemblies.

    2. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. A002QRY

        Install the washer jar with the 4 screws.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      2. Connect the 4 connectors.

      3. Connect the 3 washer hoses to the washer motor and pump assemblies.

      Attach the 3 clamps.

      Install the clip.

  3. FILL WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID


    1. A002PO7

      Connect the washer hose to the hose of the windshield washer motor and pump assembly and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.

  4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH


    1. Install the fender liner Click here.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. Install the front bumper cover Click here.

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

    Click here

  7. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)

  8. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)

  9. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)
