HEATER FUEL PUMP(w/ Combustion Type Power Heater) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL PIPING INSULATOR

   
   

   1. Install the 2 piping insulators as shown in the illustration.

2. INSTALL HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the heater pump assembly with the nut.

      Torque:

      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the 2 fuel hoses as shown in the illustration.

      

   3. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide the 2 clips.

   4. Connect the connector.

8. INSTALL HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL

9. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH

11. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP
