PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

2. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

   Click here

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

   Click here

4. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

   Click here

5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

   Click here

6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

7. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE BOX

   Click here

8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

   Click here

9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

   Click here

10. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

11. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

12. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER

    
    

    1. 

       Detach the clamp on the lower part of the No. 1 cooler cover, and then pull the cooler cover upward to remove it.

13. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

14. REMOVE TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER (w/ Telematics Transceiver)

15. REMOVE COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

    

    
    

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 screws.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the 2 cooler pipes.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler pipes.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

    5. Detach the 2 claws and remove the cooling box assembly.
