AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM Display Signal Circuit between Radio Receiver and Stereo Jack Adapter

DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the display signal from an external device to the multi-media module receiver assembly via this circuit.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the F77 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the E152 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F77-6 (VV+) - E152-8 (VV+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F77-14 (VV-) - E152-9 (VV-) Always Below 1 Ω
      F77-6 (VV+) or E152-8 (VV+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F77-14 (VV-) or E152-9 (VV-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F77-13 (SG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
