DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the multi-media module receiver assembly via this circuit.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the F108 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the F109*1 or E167*2 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.


      • *1: for LHD

      • *2: for RHD

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      F108-3 (US1+) - F109-3 (US1+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F108-5 (USG1) - F109-5 (USG1) Always Below 1 Ω
      F108-2 (US1-) or F109-2 (US1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F108-3 (US1+) or F109-3 (US1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F108-5 (USG1) or F109-5 (USG1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
