DYNAMIC REAR STEERING SYSTEM, Diagnostic DTC:C1B01/11, C1B02/12

DTC Code DTC Name
C1B01/11 Actuator Angle Neutral Memorization Undone
C1B02/12 Actuator Angle Neutral Memorization Incomplete

DESCRIPTION

When actuator calibration value initialization is performed or the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) is replaced (it is determined that the DRS ECU [rear steering ECU] has not performed neutral position memorization), DTC C1B01/11 is stored.

The DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) first confirms the actuator neutral position memorization signal after the vehicle enters test mode. Then, if an actuator neutral position memorization failure is detected twice, DTC C1B02/12 is stored.

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Procedure
C1B01/11 Actuator neutral position memorization has not been performed. Actuator angle neutral calibration
C1B02/12 When neutral position memorization is performed, the actuator neutral position cannot be set. Rear steering link assembly

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Note

If the rear steering link assembly or the rear suspension is removed and installed, replaced, or adjusted, after performing actuator calibration value initialization, perform neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration Click here.

      Result Proceed to
      DTC is not output A
DTCs other than C1B01/11 and C1B02/12 are output B
Even after performing neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration 3 times, DTC C1B01/11 or C1B02/12 is output. C

      Note

If DTC C1B01/11 or C1B02/12 is output after performing neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration, confirm that the procedures are being performed correctly and perform neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration again (the maximum amount of attempts to perform neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration is 3 times).
