DESCRIPTION

These DTCs are output when a communication malfunction occurs between the sensors and ECUs.

U0101 While the vehicle is being driven at 1 km/h (1 mph) or more, a communication error between the power management control ECU and the forward recognition camera is detected for 5 seconds or more.

U0123 While the vehicle is being driven at 1 km/h (1 mph) or more, a communication error between the yaw rate sensor and the forward recognition camera is detected for 5 seconds or more.

U0129 2 seconds after the power switch is turned on (IG), a communication error between the skid control ECU (master cylinder solenoid) and the forward recognition camera is detected for 5 seconds or more.

U0134 2 seconds after the power switch is turned on (IG), a communication error between the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 5 seconds or more.

U0142 2 seconds after the power switch is turned on (IG), a communication error between the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) and the forward recognition camera is detected for 5 seconds or more.

U0182 2 seconds after the power switch is turned on (IG), a communication error between the headlight ECU sub-assembly LH and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 5 seconds or more.

U0293 2 seconds after the power switch is turned on (IG), a communication error between the power management control ECU and the forward recognition camera is detected for approximately 5 seconds.

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (FORWARD RECOGNITION CAMERA SYSTEM)


    1. Clear DTCs Click here.

    2. Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

      Tech Tips

      If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.


      1. Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait 7 seconds or more.

      2. Drive the vehicle at 1 km/h (1 mph) or more for 1 second or more.
