BATTERY COOLING DUCT(w/ Filter) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 6 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. Connect the No. 6 hybrid battery intake duct to the No. 3 hybrid battery intake duct.

    2. Install the No. 6 hybrid battery intake duct with the 2 clips.

      Note

      The No. 6 hybrid battery intake duct should be connected securely.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH

  3. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. Connect the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct to the battery cooling blower assembly.

    2. Install the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct with the 2 clips.

      Note

      The No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct should be connected securely.

    3. A000T6K

      Return the No. 1 room partition pad to its original position.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH

  6. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

  8. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

  10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

  11. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

  12. INSPECT REAR SEAT HEATER SYSTEM (w/ Seat Heater System)

  13. INSPECT REAR SUNSHADE SYSTEM (for Luxury Seat Type)

  14. CLEAR DTC

    Tech Tips

    When "Maintenance Required for Hybrid Battery Cooling Parts at Your Dealer" is displayed on the multi-information display of the combination meter assembly and the hybrid battery duct is cleaned or replaced, clear the DTCs regardless of the stored DTCs in order to reset the learned values.
