HEATER WATER PUMP(for 2GR-FXE) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      *b 0 +/- 15°
      *c Upper Side

      Connect the heater water inlet hose C and attach the clip to the heater accessory assembly (heater water pump).

      Connect the heater water outlet hose C and attach the clip.

    3. A000O9B

      Attach the 3 clamps and install the bolt.

      Torque:
      100 N*m  { 1020 kgf*cm, 74 ft.*lbf }

    4. Attach the clamp and connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

  6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET NO.1

  7. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

  8. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

  9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER

  10. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  11. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

    Click here

  12. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

    Click here

  13. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP

    Click here

  14. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
